Retreats are 5 days and 4 nights 2 meals will be provided with spring water. Rooms are double occupancy. Price is $2,222 which accounts for all services including transportation for the retreat. Airfare to Kingston is not included. The ride from the airport is 2hrs long. We ask that everyone get in to Kingston early usually around 1pm. to reach Portland at the same time. There are two flights coming in around 1pm and 8pm, we want the first flight it would be and extra $125 if the driver have to come back to Kingston to pick up late arrivals. Come on this healing journey with Nafeesah Nzinga Idris-Cunningham and renew the mind body and spirit. Portland is the east side of the Island very lush and beautiful. You can choose to just relax during your stay or enjoy the great healing services of Yoni steam, Reiki, Reflexology, sound and crystal therapy, Sunrise meditation, vegan meals and site seeing for leisure time also beach rituals and spiritual bath preparation. Work shops on chakra clearing, live food prep and more….The rooms are double occupancy two meals and fresh coconut water will be served daily. Airfare not included you will arrive from Kingston Airport first flight for the day around 1pm. the ride from Kingston to Portland is about 2 hours. We try to make one trip to transport everyone at one time. Kingston has two main flights around 1pm and 8pm . If you miss the transportation and have to picked up separate you will have to pay $150 per person extra for transportation to come back for you. We are very excited to see you!
